Michael and Kathy have been senior pastors for 17 years, and have more than 20 years of ministry experience.  Michael started in ministry reaching the homeless in New York City in 1988, and has never looked back. Kathy entered into her first ministry activity at the age of 9 when her Pastor asked her to help pray for the sick in his prayer lines.  She recalls fondly the power that changed her life.  Both were saved at the age of nine and experienced early on the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Their first commitment has always been their walk with God.  It is closely followed by a commitment to their marriage and family.  They have 5 kids including a daughter in law.

Our Pastors heard the call of God to come to NWA, walking away from a deeply rooted life to venture into the unknown to fulfill a vision planted in them by the Holy Spirit through deep seasons of fasting and prayer.

"Whatever it is that God is up to with all this, it's very big, and it's been brewing in this region for more than a hundred years.  God is about to answer the prayers of the saints from this region that cried out to God long ago.  Why us you ask?  I don't know!  We are simple believers who long to feed the homeless and help hurting people.  I just know my Father spoke, so we have come in obedience.  The rest is His." -Michael-
